A group of experienced Product Managers realized our paths to successful careers in Product Management had two things in common:

One, none of us knew Product Management was a career option when we were first starting out in tech.

Two, there was limited education and guidance on how to actually become a good Product Manager.

Working as developers, we all noticed the role with the most exposure to each project is the Product Manager.

They're the go-to person at the center of all the fun and the decision making.  They didn't need to code all day to make meaningful contributions. 

When we looked for open Product Management roles, we saw huge demand.
